The location is great for Sapsan trains to St Petersburg, though not very convenient for rail stations, especially in winter. The dining experience is fantastic, with amply stocked options and even custom egg dishes available. The facilities are top-notch, catering well to business travelers and large tour groups.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of both positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and well-equipped, lacked a fancy touch and felt impersonal. They were really dark at night, which was a bit unsettling. The service, while helpful and friendly, fell short of what I expected from a top-tier hotel, with a slippery lobby floor causing a fall. The location, though not in the central area, was comfortable and ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The dining experience was diverse and delicious, but it could get crowded during peak hours.
