Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers rooms that are typically Hilton in their appointment, especially on higher floors, which are bigger and more comfortable. The service covers everything a guest might need, from car valet to front desk to concierge. The location is great for Sapsan trains to St Petersburg, though not very convenient for rail stations, especially in winter. The dining experience is fantastic, with amply stocked options and even custom egg dishes available. The facilities are top-notch, catering well to business travelers and large tour groups.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of both positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and well-equipped, lacked a fancy touch and felt impersonal. They were really dark at night, which was a bit unsettling. The service, while helpful and friendly, fell short of what I expected from a top-tier hotel, with a slippery lobby floor causing a fall. The location, though not in the central area, was comfortable and ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The dining experience was diverse and delicious, but it could get crowded during peak hours.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms, although the ambassador suite lacked a bit of fancy touch, were well-equipped, comfortable, and quiet. The elegantly modern bathroom with lovely stone finishes throughout added a touch of luxury. The palatial size and huge selection of amenities made the stay truly enjoyable. While the rooms were clean, the suite felt a bit impersonal.
